We need a user guide put together describing internet basics for seniors. The guide needs to be friendly in nature and not exceed 5 pages. It should be delivered in PDF format and contain diagrams or pictures where possible. This guide will be distributed online and as a printed flyer in senior managed community facilities.

Okay, no problem. I just need to make sure payment is covered. I think when I upload the files and you download, this triggers an automatic payment release within 5 days which works fine. If the images don't show, I can email you the documents if thats okay with you.

Hi Prose, I received the submission and I'm awarding you the project. Can you make sure you send me both a Word doc and PDF of the handout. I need to be able to edit either of these. I think you will need to upload these as part of the Handover but if we run into image problems, I'm sure we can conclude things via email.

The topics covered should be; - Basic net terminology - Getting on the internet - Email - Browsers - Social networking - Storing and sharing photos - Shopping - Booking travel - Hobby sites
Target audience:	Seniors
